Event Conception
Some questions to think about when planning your conference:
Can this event be Hybrid? Virtual attendees should not be added as a last minute option, include them in the planning.(click here to find out how this can be done on a budget) It is super easy to set up a hybrid event, click here for further information: https://help.medall.org/en/articles/5627268-how-to-host-and-manage-a-hybrid-event-on-medall
If you have already created your event as 'in person' and would like to change to hybrid click here:
Registration costs? (how much do we want to charge? Do we need to charge?) Can we offer Fair Medical Education tickets? https://help.medall.org/en/articles/8224198-what-is-medall-s-fair-medical-education-scheme
What's our theme & who are our speakers? (decide as a committee who you would like to speak) share the workload of reaching out to them
Are you planning a poster hall? If so could this include virtual delegates?https://app.medall.org/events/international-virtual-medical-conference-2021/posters?code=871368
Are you planning on having sponsors? If so who?

You have done all that you can and you are going to host an AMAZING event. Just a couple of things we would highlight to you:
House Keeping:
We recommend you show your delegates around the platform so they are comfortable on it just as you would show them fire exits etc. Let them know what each area is.
+ You are on the Main stage - this will be where all our talks will happen - you can use the chat on the right - remember you do need to be verified to use this
+ The next icon is 'sessions' - this is where you will see our tech test for speakers and also some coffee rooms where you can network throughout the conference
+ Event Info is where you will find our schedule - we will try our best to keep to the times listed
+ Sponsors - we have a few sponsors/supporters here - please do take a look
+ Poster hall - this will open in a new window for you, you can browse these and click on them to read them - click on them a second time and this will enlarge it for you.
+ Schedule - breakout sessions, speaker details and abstracts (if using)
