Our digital conference schedule is super easy to use and will save you time, is more eco friendly than paper conference booklets and will save you printing costs. In this help article we are going to go through the following:

How to add an Item

➡️ Click on schedule on the left of your screen

➡️ Click on the button that says 'Add an item'

➡️ Fill out the title of the schedule segment and choose main stage AND if you have already invited your speaker to join then you can add them. Click here to see how easily this is done. If you have a bio, add this to the info part, ensure the times are correct then click 'update item'

➡️ When you view the schedule you will be able to see an icon with the speakers name. This is a clickable link, so your delegates can view the speakers profile.

How to add a Slot

➡️ Now click on 'Manage the slots' in the blue banner

➡️ And 'add a segment slot'

➡️ Add the times of the oral presentation/talk and if its an oral presentation click yes and then you can select your oral's title from the dropdown, or paste in the title and it will come up for you. Then click 'Add slot'

Using the oral authors email wizard

➡️ Once all your Oral presentations have been added, you can edit the email you want to send these authors. We have added the basics for you. Then click on 'update email template'

➡️ Now click on 'Notify All Oral Presenters' and it will send the details of when they are speaking

How to add a breakout session

➡️ We can make our breakouts super clear on the schedule so that in person and virtual delegates can easily see if the breakout is for them and where the breakout is.

➡️ Again we add an item and then we choose the option of breakout room in the type of segment question (not main stage) and type in the room that its called and click 'add'. This room will now be available as a drop down option

➡️ Then we just need to edit this by clicking on 'view' beside the name of your room under 'Breakout room'

➡️ Finally we will want to edit that breakout and choose if its going to be online or inperson and if its Studio with Livestream or an interactive call. Then we just need to 'Update breakout'

You can now see your schedule on the event and once you go into the event.

Below is a video for you to view.
