🏁 So, lets get you started:
✔️ Set up an account
MedAll is for healthcare professionals and students. When you set up your account, please use the name that you would like to see on your attendance certificates.
✔️ Verification
A lot of our events require you to be verified. Its super simple if you have a hospital or uni email and can be done instantly. If you don't have this, you can use your photo ID badge and this may take up to 1 working day.
✔️ Add a photo to your profile
You can easily add a photo of yourself by clicking on your profile (top right when logged in) then click on the pencil to edit (https://app.medall.org/profile/)
✔️ Searches - live events or video library
You can search on speciality, organisation and on demand. Just click on this link and enjoy the wealth of knowledge on the platform. https://app.medall.org/events
✔️ Chat
Hosts of events love it when you ask questions and join in with Q&A's so please use the chat and show your host and speaker that you are still listening 😉
✔️ Feedback Forms/Post event questionnaire
All live events come with a feedback form. Usually this comes out to your email or the organisation may choose to share it in the chat. Its really important for you to complete this both to encourage the organisation and speaker plus thats the only way you are getting an attendance certificate!
✔️ Attendance Certificates
Once you have completed your feedback form, your attendance certificate is on your MedAll profile. You can download it by clicking on the pdf image beside it.
Need it as a summary - no problem! Click on your avatar on the far right then choose My Activity. Now you can see just how many hours of training you have done, how many events you have attended and how many certificates you have.
✔️Cancel a registration
Sometimes you will need to cancel your registration for an event. If this is a free event you can just click on the event link > Registration details > Cancel registration
If your ticket is a paid ticket - you will need to contact the organising organisation directly. In the case above it would be MedAll Education.
Please note that if you can't see their details on the abstract or event info, you may find them on social media.
✔️ Follow Organisations
You can easily follow organisation by clicking on the follow button above the join button to the event. This way, you get to hear about their upcoming events.
You can also follow your favourite organisations on your socials and share their posts with your network of Healthcare friends and don't forget to follow and share your favourite teaching platform!
