📝 What is a feedback form?
A feedback form is a list of questions that the event organiser wishes you to answer. All feedback is anonymous unless they ask for your contact details
📝 Why do I need to fill it out?
Well there are a few reasons:
☞ Because the event organiser values your feedback
☞ Because you could be helping to shape future events the organisation hosts
☞ Because the person who spoke at the event would appreciate your feedback for their Portfolio
☞ Because the filling out of the feedback form triggers the attendance certificate which you will find on your MedAll account
📝 Where is my feedback form?
An event organiser has a few ways of distributing the feedback form
☞ There could have been a link in the chat on the event
☞ There could be an email coming to you after the event has finished
☞ There could have been a QR code at the end of the talk
