Login to your organisation at organisation.medall.org, set up your event and then click "abstract submissions"
1️⃣ Configure your abstract submission form:
2️⃣ Add instructions for authors and set the categories of submissions (usually specialities like "Head and Neck", "Otology", "Oncology" or categories like "Quality Improvement", "Audit" or "Research"
Then decide what type(s) of abstract you'd like to accept:
poster presentation only
either poster or oral presentation
3️⃣ Set your deadlines
4️⃣ Add any extra questions you'd authors to answer when submitting
5️⃣ Hit Create
6️⃣ Ready to launch submissions?
Just hit "Abstracts are enabled" to toggle on submissions on your event 🚀
