πŸŽ₯ Recording your Event

If you're running an event on the 'Main Stage' in 'Studio' mode, you'll see the below button on your screen. As soon as you click 'Go Live' β€” your event will start to record:

Once you've clicked this button, you'll see a red 'Live' icon appear at the top of your stage:

If at any time you wish to stop the recording, simply navigate to the three dots at the bottom of the stage and click 'Stop Broadcasting'. The red 'Live' icon will disappear when you click this:

If you need to start recording again, you can click on the three dots and 'Start recording'.

Tip: We recommend once you go live, that you keep the recording running. It's easier to slice the recording after, than remember to turn the recording off and on again during your event. Instead, if you need to take a break during your event, such as a coffee break at a conference, turn your mic and camera off, and put a slide on the screen that says 'We're on a coffee break until [Time].

When your event is over, simply click the red phone and leave the event. This will automatically stop and save the recording.

πŸŽ₯ Recording Breakout Sessions

If you're also using 'Breakout Sessions' during your event, in 'Interactive' mode, you'll see this button appear in each of your rooms, and you'll need to manually click 'Record':

Once you've clicked this button, you'll see a red 'REC' icon appear at the top of your stage:

To stop the recording, click the three dots at the bottom of the screen and click 'Stop Recording'.

πŸŽ₯ Find your Recordings

When you're event is finished, you can find all your event recordings saved in your Organisation account. To find them simply;

β†’ Login to your Organisation

β†’ Click on 'Events'

β†’ Click on the name of your event

β†’ Click on 'Recordings' on the left hand side of your screen

β†’ Click on the recording you wish to share:

Note: after clicking on the file, it may take a few minutes to download onto your account. Try refreshing your screen if this happens, or waiting a few minutes. You'll know it's ready when the video status updates to "processed" as shown above.
