Congratulations on having your abstract accepted at BAPS 70th Annual International Congress. We have put together some useful information for you:

  • You MUST upload your poster to the digital poster hall by 18th June

  • You are NOT required to bring a paper version of your poster

  • Size of poster - we recommend landscape / A3 / PDF

  • Upload a video of you describing your work - no bigger than 100gb and no longer than 1minute (this is optional)

  • There is a MedAll poster prize for the most engaged with poster: Share the link to your poster socials and tag @BAPS1953 and @MedAllApp and we’ll help share for you

  • You must ensure you add your co-authors to the MedAll poster to ensure they receive a letter of recognition in addition to the corresponding author

  • Encourage your co-authors to raise awareness of your work too by sharing it

  • Encourage conversation and questions on your poster and make sure you and your co-authors are taking a look at your poster regularly throughout the weekend so that delegates get a response to a question as soon as possible.

  • As a poster presenter you must attend the conference
