After collecting feedback from attendees you can get a summary of the feedback on your teaching session, conference, course or event.

After you have received 2 or more completed feedback forms on your teaching session, course, conference or event you can:

  • get an auto-analysed summary of your feedback results

  • (optionally) send your feedback results to a supervisor for review and approval

  • generate an attractive PDF automatically stored in your portfolio

  • generate a CSV of your feedback results for analysis

We hide the results until you have at least 2 feedback forms completed, to help preserve the anonymity of those completing the form.

To see a summary of your feedback:

  • Login to your MedAll account

  • Click on your avatar at the top right of screen and choose ePortfolio

  • Click on Feedback

  • Click on the title of the teaching session for which you would like to view feedback or click on the form icon beside the teaching session:

You will see an automatic summary of your feedback once there are at least 2 responses to your form:


Optional: to send a copy of your feedback to a supervisor to review and approve digitally:

Click "Request Approval"

Then enter the details of who you would like to review and approve your feedback and click submit:

If you need to send a reminder to the person reviewing and approving the feedback you can do that by clicking on the name of the teaching session from your teaching dashboard or on the form icon beside it:

and then clicking "send reminder"

Once the person reviewing and approving your feedback has done so you will receive a PDF summary with their approval on it. This will be accessible from your teaching dashboard below the name of the teaching session. Just click the PDF icon and you can view and download the PDF:

You can still click the form icon to view an online version of the feedback summary in your account.


To get a PDF copy of your feedback results without sending to a supervisor for review:

Click on the name of the teaching session from your teaching dashboard or on the form icon beside it:

then scroll to the bottom of your feedback and click "self approval"

You will generate a PDF which will be accessible from your teaching dashboard below the name of the teaching session. Just click the PDF icon and you can view and download the PDF:

OR select the icon to the right of the "completed' icon as below.

Then scroll down on the feedback from and select "Export responses as CSV" and this will allow you to export your responses in a handy feedback form for analysis.
