The conference was a huge success, everyone had a great time but there are still a couple more things we need to do before we can call it a wrap! In this article we are going to cover:

βœ… Awarding prizes and certificates for orals/posters

βœ… Awarding speaker certificates

βœ… Catch up content

βœ… Emailing all those who registered with a small reminder

βœ… Gathering analytics and feedback on your conference

We are so nearly finished but at MedAll we want you to finish well. So here are the last few things we would suggest for you to do:

βœ… Awarding prizes and certificates for orals/poster

Firstly what you will need to do is award the prizes, then create your certificate template and then you can award all certificates.

βœ… Next up is the speakers. As you have invited them as a speaker on MedAll, you can now reward them with a teaching certificate

βœ… Lets get your catch up content online now. You can either add this via the MedAll feature as per our help article below:

Or, you can download the content, cut it up into speaker sections and then upload it again by going into your event, choosing 'Recordings' on the left > 'download as MP4'. Then you can pop it into your video editing software and create smaller recordings.

To upload go into your event again and now click on 'catch up content' on the left and then click on 'Add catch up' on the right and upload your video. The rest is as per the article

βœ… What about those delegates who registered but couldn't make it in the end. Lets let them know that they can watch it on catch up. We probably should remind those who attended to fill out their feedback form too! So, lets get that email out. You can do this by clicking on your 'registrations' on the left and then clicking on 'Download as csv'. I would use Mailmeteor as an add on in my gmail to do this, but if you have word, you can do a similar thing using the mail merge wizard but choosing email instead of a document. Honestly its a game changer for sending out the same email to multiple people

βœ… Lastly the feedback and analytics

We can gather our feedback from going to 'Feedback' on the left of the screen and exporting either a csv or a pdf

If you would like to see the analytics and you have used MedAll for your tickets you can go to 'registrations' > 'statistics' and then 'export the csv'
