Imagine this: you have fantastic in-house, in-person teaching sessions, but not everyone on your team can attend. What do you do?

Using MedAll Live to record the event and uploading it to your department's MedAll page is a breeze. All you need is a laptop with a working camera and microphone.

So, how do you do it!!

  • Log into your department on MedAll and create an invite only event (if you've set up templates, all your delegates (live and catch up) can complete a feedback form and claim a certificate

  • On the main laptop, go into the event and 'join stage'

  • Ensure the laptop is connected to the large screen in the room if sharing slides

  • Find your slides - you can share as a pdf or a powerpoint. Have these up and ready

  • Then click on 'go live'

What this does is record your teaching for you. Your speaker will just flick through their slides using MedAll Live and stand in front of the laptop so that the mic and cam on that laptop are being used.

At the end of this teaching, you can easily use the feedback QR code and ask everyone to get their phones out and scan. Thus ensuring:

  • Feedback completed

  • Certificate of attendance on MedAll account

To add this teaching to catch up, just go to recordings and click 'add to catch up'. Within 3 clicks your catch up is available to anyone who couldn't' make it

This is a fantastic feature, unique to MedAll, that keeps your entire team connected and up-to-date.
