Cancelling your registration is super easy on MedAll. I am going to take you through this in a few simple steps.

So after you have registered for your event you have 2 options:

Option 1 - Via email confirmation

Just open your registration email and click 'join' - this will take you to the event

Option 2 - Search for the event

Click here https://app.medall.org/ and search for the event you signed up for

Both options will take you to the event ⬇️

You are going to click here where it says 'Registration Details'

This will pop up for you

At the bottom of this pop up in red you can see 'cancel registration'. Click on this

This is your registration cancelled.
