What can I use for verification if my country doesn't have institutional emails or healthcare photo ID?

We understand that healthcare IDs and university or hospital email addresses vary across countries and due to circumstances may be an issue for you. We are passionate about making healthcare learning accessible to everyone and we will assist on an individual basis where possible.


๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 1

Firstly, complete your MedAll account profile including your place of work/study address (this may need to be of your last placement if you are fleeing a country). You can fill in these details during the sign up process or via the edit profile page in your account dropdown menu.

We ask for you to fill out your profile so our support team can assist you as quickly and as possible. We will send you specific information based on your location. For example, if you are in a Low or Middle-Income Country (LMIC), we can keep you regularly updated about organisations who are using MedAll's Fair Medical Education scheme.


๐Ÿ‘‰ Step 2

Send us a copy of your medical degree certification or if you are a student, an official document with your name, university and course. You can upload these documents using the โ€˜Upload Photo IDโ€™ step on the verify your account form. Do not worry that it mentions uploading a photo ID card - we will be able to cross check from your profile information that you potentially do not have this form of identification. Once received we will perform our manual checks.
