Its important that for your details to be correct on MedAll. If your name is incorrect then your attendance certificate will be too. So, how do you change your details.

So if you want to change your name or your email address, log into MedAll and go to your profile by clicking on the circle in the top right.

Choose 'settings' on the dropdown

Now there will be some options, you can change your name, email, password, or you can delete your account.

Please note that this is a manual process and we hope to do this within 1 - 2 working days

So, as you know, the MedAll platform is for Healthcare students and professionals only. It is not an open platform for anyone and this is why we use ID verification. But if you wish to have your profile remain private, then you can do this too

Go back to the drop down and this time click on 'edit profile'

Now where it says 'visibility' click on this and make your choice

Dont forget to 'update'

Edit your Bio and let others know a bit about you (click on the pencil and save)
