When you're creating an event, you have the option to add custom registration questions such as 'Are there any topics you'd like to hear about during this event?' or 'Do you have a question for the speaker?'. When delegates register for your event, they'll answer these questions. As an event organiser, you can view and download their responses anytime.
To do this simply login to your MedAll for Organisations account, and navigate to your Event and go to Registrations on the left hand side panel as shown below:
Select Registrations and go to Statistics where you'll see a similar format to the below image:
Here you can view your custom question responses or click on Export registrations as CSV to download all of your delegate information. Once your CSV document has been downloaded, you can import it into Excel (or another alternative that you're familiar with) and view all of your delegate information including responses to the registration questions — simple 🙌
