Organisations who set up feedback forms can toggle the form on or off to accept responses, or not accept, responses.

If you are an organisation who has set the form up, to toggle your form on:

Login to MedAll for Organisations

> Click events

> Click on your event

> Click share feedback form

> Click the toggle so that it goes from "not accepting responses" to "accepting responses"

If you want to toggle it off in the future just follow the same steps and toggle it back off.
