How do I share audio in my powerpoint?

If you have embedded videos in your powerpoint presentation, you need to remain unmuted for the audience to hear audio.

We show you how to share powerpoint slides with embedded audio.

  1. Open your powerpoint presentation in "reading view"

2. Click the "present now" button in MedAll

3. Select Window > click on the powerpoint window

4. Click Share

5. Present your slides as normal

6. When you are projecting audio, DON'T mute your mic. Audio on the presentation will be presented from your screen but muting your mic turns off screen audio and your mic. We recommend using headphones to keep the quality high.
