Below is a step-by-step guide on how to export your data from MedAll—covering everything from feedback and registrations to recordings, abstracts, and posters.

1. Log In

  1. Sign in using your organisation admin credentials.

For most data exports, you’ll start by selecting the relevant event in your MedAll dashboard. Once you’ve chosen the event, follow the instructions below depending on what you want to export.

2. Exporting Registrations

  1. Select “Registrations” from the event menu.

  2. Click “Export Registrations as CSV.”

    • A CSV file will download, containing the registered attendees’ details.

3. Exporting Attendees

  1. Select “Attendances” from the event menu.

  2. Click “Export Attendances as CSV.”

    • A CSV file will download with all confirmed attendees for that event.

4. Exporting Feedback

  1. Select “Feedback” from the event menu.

  2. Click “Export Responses as CSV.”

    • This CSV file will contain all the feedback entries submitted.

5. Exporting Recordings

  1. Select “Recordings” from the event menu.

  2. Find the recording you want to export and click on it.

  3. Choose “Convert to MP4.”

    • MedAll will process the recording into MP4 format.

  4. Once processing is complete, click “Download as MP4.”

Tip: Depending on the length and resolution of your recording, the conversion might take some time. Check back periodically if it’s a large file.

6. Exporting Posters Data

  1. Select “Posters” from the event menu.

  2. Click “Download as CSV.”

    • This file will include information such as poster titles, authors, and any related metadata.

7. Exporting Abstract Data

  1. Select “Abstract Submissions.”

  2. Click “Submissions,” then “Export as CSV.”

    • You’ll receive a CSV with all submitted abstracts, including author details and any review notes.

Important: Privacy Regulations Apply

  • As the organisation exporting data you are responsible as the data controller and processer on how you handle personal and sensitive information (e.g., attendee names, email addresses) in accordance with data protection regulations like GDPR.

That’s it! By following these steps for each data type, you’ll have all the information you need safely exported from MedAll.
