If you currently use “MedAll Live,” please switch to a third-party link (e.g., Zoom or Teams) as soon as possible:
Go to organisation.medall.org
→ Click events
→ Select your event
→ Select “Advanced Settings”
→ Under “Online joining details,” choose “3rd party conferencing tool”
→ Paste your Zoom/Teams link.
Attendees will simply join the zoom call when they click “join” on MedAll. This simple step helps us honor your upcoming events while reducing costs. You can still use your MedAll page for registration and paste in the links to the zoom/teams chat for feedback and certification.
